Resume Fraud!

I just came across this unbelievable statistic:

According to the Society of Human Resource Managers, 53% of all resumes in 2003 contained some sort of fraud!

WoW! I am speechless.

Of course now companies will be taking additional measures to check background etc..

But this is mind-blowing. I had no idea this problem was this widespread.

Ethics begins at home! If each one of us refuses to be ethical even in important matters such as our resume, there is little we can expect from others.
